What's involved with a consultation?

Your consultation is more than just a chat about food. Together, we’ll take a deep dive into your health history, current symptoms, and daily lifestyle. I’ll connect the dots between your gut, hormones, stress, and nutrition so you can finally understand what’s really driving your concerns.

Consultations run for 45 minutes and can be done online via zoom, or face-to-face for those living in Dubai. Prior to your consultation you will be emailed a comprehensive health questionaaire. You are required to complete this and email it back prior to your appointment. This provides valuable information so that we can dive right into your main concerns.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you’re a woman in your 30s, 40s or 50s and you’re feeling off — physically, emotionally or hormonally — this session is for you. I work best with clients who are ready to take charge of their health in a natural, supported way, and are open to nutrition and lifestyle-based strategies.

What’s included in my consultation?

You’ll receive a 1:1 session (initial 45 mins) plus a detailed plan with dietary, supplement and lifestyle recommendations personalised to you. You’ll also have the option to book a follow-up to check in and adjust your plan as your body begins to respond.

Do you offer follow-up support?

Yes. A 20-minute follow-up session is recommended 3–6 weeks after your initial consult to review your progress, troubleshoot any challenges, and refine your plan. Long-term support is also available as needed.

What if I’m pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication?

That’s no problem. Please include this information in your health questionnaire and we’ll tailor your plan to be completely safe and supportive for your unique situation.
